"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jim Smith and Kyle Holland for the way they handled a mechanical defect with my motorcycle. I bought my bike new at Cycle Country in 2005. At 8000 miles the cam chains went out, which is extremely rare. The $1600 repair was covered under the extended warranty. Just recently it happened again. This time the repair was not covered by the warranty so was my responsibility. Since this is so rare, my salesman Kyle Holland agreed this was a defect in the bike and he would do all that he could to take care of this. However, when he went to the manufacturer they wimped out and said it was my tough luck. Kyle went to Cycle Country owner Jim Smith. He agreed the problem was a defect in the bike and authorized Cycle Country to fix the problem at no cost to me. I have purchased several motorcycles at Cycle Country from Kyle. This latest incident reinforces the feelings that I've always had about this dealership when it comes to customer service, both during and after a sale. A person can go to a lot of places and get a good buy on a motorcycle especially during these times. One would have to look long and hard to to find a dealer so concerned with customer service and keeping long time customers coming back through the years. If you are thinking about buying a motorcycle and are looking for a dealer where it truly seems a man's handshake is as good as a signed contract, Cycle Country is the place to go. And, because of this great service I bought another motorcycle! "

"I recently bought a 2003 VTX 1800 from Chris. I also got some accessories from Rob (I think, might have the name wrong) and I got to meet Ryan (great young man). Chris and Rob took very good care of me, starting off with a friendly "Hi how are you" and finished up with a "how can we help you". Both were very interested in making my visit to the store a positive experience. Chris and I worked out a deal pretty fast and your F & I lady was very nice to work with. Rob helped with the accessories, saddle bags and a back rest, and then Ryan and Chris helped get it on the bike. I was very impressed with everyone I met at the store; I got the opportunity to meet several employees as Chris and Ryan were working on my new toy. Everyone was friendly and helpful, really a nice bunch of folks. Thank you to all. I look forward to a long and positive customer relationship and will tell my friends about my experience with your store. "Wow, it has been a year this week since I bought my Suzuki M109 LE. My first experience with these folks was fantastic. I had gone all over Salem and Portland looking for THE bike. My feeling is, if I am going to spend that much money on something I at least want to have fun doing it. Well it has been a year and I have not had one complaint about these people. Todd worked with me to find the bike I wanted. Figures the one I wanted was hard to find, but he found it. Rob, Vicky, Cory, and eveyone else in the parts department are great. I feel like I am coming to see friends not a dealer. Don and his team in the service department are great as well. The know the quirks that go along with my bike and feel very confident when I ride away that my bike has been in great hands. Thank you all for letting this be an extreamly fun experience for me."

"I was visiting Salem and just driving around town when I spotted Cycle Country. I just wanted to check it out. When I went inside I was greeted courteously. Let me tell you, Vicky, is the emost helpful person I have ever encountered in a cycle shop. She is friendly, knowledgabe, and funny. I bought a jacket and figured that would be the end of my visits. I brought back my husband later in the day and bought another jack, helmets, gloves, motorcycle bags, etc. Some items had to be ordered and they were held until we could get back to Salem the following month. No problem! A few months later we went back and bought chaps. Again, Vicky help find the right fit. She is the best! We don't mind driving 7 hrs to visit Cycle Country and get great service."

"While I enjoy all my dealings with you guys, Bike, helmet, gloves etc. My latest experience showed me why you guys are really special. Don in service and Cory in parts should be singled out for their going out of the way to help me. I had a minor accident and Don took care of the insurance and made sure the accessories (Olins Shock, Cartridge emulators, GiVi Windshield, Metzler tires and a Corbin Seat} I ordered were installed to specifications and more importantly to my satisfaction. Cory helped me to choose the the right parts,ordered them and made sure they were exactly what I was looking for. He researched and found me the best deals. Not only would I recommend you guys to anyone looking to buy, but your service is beyond reproach. I bought your service contract, and it was a great deal.Fast, friendly service by people who know your name,you guys are the best and I should know I ran a dealership back in the day, and if my people were as knowledgeable and courteous as you guys it might still be going. "Tammy and I purchased 2 Predators from these folks and they treated us great from the moment I walked in the door to see what they had. I went in a couple of times before we bought anything, and each time Todd answered all my questions and I left feeling more and more comfortable with these folks. I talked with him for a good long while explaining what kind of riding my Wife and I were going to be doing and he completely took care of us. They got us hooked up with 2 bikes, the trailer, gear and the financing; we never felt pressured to buy anything or spend more than we were comfortable with. Rob set up Tammy and I with fantastic gear we needed, and made sure we were going to have as safe a ride as possible. We came away feeling great about the purchase. We have since gone riding and have had a great time! Everything worked just as the people at Cycle Country said it would and we don't have any complaints at all! We have been impressed with all the staff we have come in contact with, they know their stuff and are very friendly! "I purchased a generator from the dealer ship a couple of years ago after a strong recommendation from a good friend. Since that time anytime my son(11) & I visited the dealership the staff there always had time to answer his many questions. I finally decided to purchase a motorcycle for him last year(2006). We made the purchase from Todd Thomas who was not the only sales rep that had help, but he bore the brunt of the questions. Since then we have purchased a used ATV and a utility trailer to haul all the toys in and would recommend the dealership to anyone that wants to feel comfortable about making this type of purchase. Never feel like just a customer when we go in there. More like family or friends. Thanks for all the help!"
